Sarah works with autistic adults of all ages and backgrounds and young people who are able to benefit from talking therapy (this depends very much on the individual and will be assessed at initial contact). As a late-diagnosed autistic adult herself and as parent to an autistic person, she understands the challenges of living in a world designed for neurotypical people and brings that understanding to her work with you.
Sarah welcomes those who want to explore aspects of their identity such as neurodivergence, gender, sexuality, race, culture, faith and how these intersect. She is also happy to explore the ‘big questions’ about life with clients who want to do this.
If you would like to meet Sarah for an initial session to discuss your needs please contact us using the details on our contacts page.
