*New guide for parents - When Therapy is NOT an Option

If your young autistic person struggles with their mental health, this e-book is for you!

The title refers to a situation many parents find themselves in at one time or another, feeling their young autistic person really needs therapy but facing the reality that, for all sorts of reasons, therapy is not currently an option for them. If you're in this position, I’ve written this guide to help you feel more hopeful about your ability to make a meaningful difference to your young person’s mental health and to give you practical ways of doing this right now. If you follow the steps I’ve suggested in the guide, by the end you’ll have a plan of action, you’ll know what the first few steps of that plan are, and what it’s going to help you achieve.

‘I absolutely loved your e-book!!! It is brilliant...I can imagine it being so, so useful to parents. It is really clear, warm, informative, and practical...a really fantastic resource, and different from anything else I’ve seen in the autism space.'
